Join us for the 11^th Annual Light the Night for Sight Walkathon. And help celebrate  over 50 years of providing services in Midland and surrounding counties!   

This year celebrates over 50 years of providing sight-saving services, over 50 years of helping those in need and over 50 years of support from people like you.  Continue your support by registering NOW for the 2010 Light the Night for Sight Walkathon. Get a group together, form a team and start raising pledges to save sight.  Participants include corporate teams, families, friends and neighbors who are active in the community and care about saving sight.  Proceeds go directly to the programs and services of Prevent Blindness Texas.

This year's event is Saturday, July 3rd on the beautiful Citibank Ball Park grounds located at 5514 Champions Dr.   The Citibank Ballpark will open to Walkathon participants at 6:00 p.m. and the actual walk begins around 9:00 p.m.  The backdrop, a gradually darkening sky, illustrates the darkness that can result when an accident or disease steals sight.  Join us for a fun time watching the Roundhounds.  Walkers celebrate the event with glow in the dark T-Shirts and glow necklaces.  The evening is capped off by a professional  fireworks display.  It a fabulous event for the entire family and we hope to see you there!
