Welcome to My Live Your Vision Family Walk Home Page

The Live Your Vision Family Walk is the Kick-off event to the Transitions Championship PGA week at Innisbrook Resort and Golf Club in Palm Harbor, FL . Proceeds go directly to the programs and services of Prevent Blindness Florida, including:

- vision screening for children

- glaucoma screeningfor at-risk adults

- standardized training in recognizing potential vision problems

- certification through the nation's only volunteer vision screening program

- coordination of a community eye care network of ophthalmologists and optometrists who provide free exams

- distribution of vouchers for free exams and glasses provided by our corporate sponsors

- public information about eye health and safety, including workplace and fireworks safety
